NAME:

The Church is named after its founder

  • Church of Christ (Romans 16:16
  • Church of the First Born (Hebrews 12:23)
  • Church of God (Acts 20:27-28)

THE ONLY CREED IS CHRIST:

The only standard of the Christian faith is the Bible (II Timothy 3:16-17)

NONDENOMINATIONAL:

it pleads for the unity of all churches based on the Bible (John 17:20-23; I Corinthians 1:10-13)

WORSHIP:

The same avenues as first century Christians

  • Singing (Ephesians 5:19)
  • Prayer (Acts 2:42)
  • Giving (1 Corinthians 16:1-2)
  • Lords Supper on the first day of the week (Acts 20:7)

TERMS OF ENTRANCE ARE BIBLE COMMANDS:

One becomes a Christian by:

  • Faith (Hebrews 11:6)
  • Repentance (Acts 2:38)
  • Confession of Christ (Romans 10:9-10)
